Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2025
Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of the Exponentially website (exponentially.tech) and all services offered, including the AI Leverage Audit. By purchasing or using any service, you agree to these terms.
Exponentially is operated by Steve Connell, sole trader, UK.
The AI Leverage Audit
The AI Leverage Audit is a digital diagnostic product. Upon completing the assessment, you receive a personalised report generated using AI. The report is delivered digitally and immediately.
Because the report is generated and delivered instantly upon completion, it constitutes a digital product consumed immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by accessing your report you agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from receiving your report, contact us at steve@exponentially.tech and we'll make it right.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Prices may change at any time. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
What the report is (and isn't)
The AI Leverage Audit report is informational. It is designed to help you understand where AI could save you time and energy in your business. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice.
Results are personalised based on the answers you provide. The accuracy of the report depends on the accuracy of your inputs.
Intellectual property
Your report is yours. You can share it, print it, or use it however you like.
All other content on this website — copy, design, methodology — remains the property of Exponentially and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exponentially's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the report or this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page.
