Who we are

Exponentially is a sole trader business operated by Steve Connell, providing AI consultancy and diagnostic services to solo operators. Our website is exponentially.tech.

What data we collect

When you use the AI Leverage Audit, we collect:

• Your name and email address (provided during registration)
• Your answers to the assessment questions
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via standard server logs)

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message content.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Generate and deliver your personalised AI Leverage Audit report
• Send your report link and any follow-up communications you've consented to
• Improve our products and understand how people use the audit
• Respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Assessment results are stored in Notion (Notion Labs Inc., USA). Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Inc., USA). Both companies are GDPR-compliant and operate under Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

Your report is generated using the Anthropic Claude API (Anthropic PBC, USA). Your assessment answers are sent to Claude to generate your report and are not retained by Anthropic beyond the API call.

How long we keep your data

Assessment data is retained for up to 2 years to allow us to follow up and improve the product. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies necessary for payment processing (Stripe). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
